Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • $5 Flat Rate Shipping
  • All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase unless your item states otherwise.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS priority or first class and will arrive within 2-5 business days.

Returns:

  • Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, still have the tags attached and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors. 
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • All returns must be received at Laynee's Boutique within 14 days of the date your package was delivered. Please allow 7-10 business days for return package transit.
  • Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges due to limited inventory.
  • Items can be refunded for store credit only. No refunds will be issued! 
  • All Sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Laynee's Boutique has the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been washed, worn, altered, have the tags removed or are received after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled and items cannot be removed from the order.

Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. 
  • If you do not notify us within 3 business days that you have received a damaged item, the return will be rejected for any store credit.
  • Please take a picture of the defective/damaged area including the tag in the image attached and email the images to jamie@layneesboutique.com Include "Damaged" in the subject line.
